Goodbye Lavender Season 2026

July 18, 2026

Lavender season has come to a close for the 2026 season. The field has been harvested and hung to dry. We’ve distilled the essential oil and packed everything away until next year. It really is an intense, one month long, season where we work as a family dodging rain and heat to get the harvest in. To give you an idea of the work load, it takes 4 people 1 hour to hand cut one row & we have about 20 rows. Over the next few weeks we’ll begin stripping buds from the dried stems to make our sachets and we’ll bundle & wrap dried lavender bouquets, bottle essential oil and hopefully expand our product line with a few new offerings.

Thank you to all who came out and cut a bundle and spent some time with us out here on the farm. We had some lovely weather for the 3 weeks we were cutting!

Love lavender? Be sure to mark your calendar for June 2027 and come walk the field and cut your own fresh bundle!
