Pro Photo at the Farm

For Professional Photographers

We welcome professional and amateur photographers to book our scenic farm for sessions with their clients. Whether you're capturing an engagement, family portraits, senior photos, or editorial shoots, our landscapes provide a stunning natural backdrop.

In-bloom lavender

While you are welcome to book your sessions anytime throughout the year, photographers looking for in-bloom sessions should only book in the month of June. We recommend from the first weekend of June through the last day of June for the best field color.

You-cut flower garden

Photography sessions for an in bloom you-cut garden should be booked between August 1st & October 31st.

The you-cut flower garden is closed for the 2026 season.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abbotts & Oak Farms from any loss, liability, damage, or costs — including court costs and attorney fees — that may incur due to participation in the use of the Farm, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Participants acknowledge that the Farm has areas with uneven ground and potential hazards, including but not limited to farm equipment and machinery, which may or may not be present and/or moving during the photo shoot. By booking a session, the Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Abbotts & Oak Farms, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the Participant's presence on the property, including any physical injury or property damage.

Insurance & Licensing

Professional photographers agree to provide the Farm with a digital copy of their current business license and insurance certificate prior to the scheduled shoot. Please email these documents to hello@abbottsandoak.com at least one week prior to the scheduled date, or as soon as possible if booked inside of the one-week window.

Cancellation Policy

The Farm reserves the right to cancel any session at its discretion and in the best interest of the Farm. In such cases, any payments made for canceled bookings will be promptly refunded to the Participant.

If the Participant needs to cancel, notice must be provided to the Farm at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time. If the Participant cancels within this period, all payments made to the Farm will be refunded in full.

Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice are eligible for rescheduling only — no refunds will be given.

For Farm Visitors

All guests are encouraged to explore the farm and take their own personal photos during open hours. As you wander through the lavender fields, wildflowers, and seasonal blooms, feel free to snap selfies, capture your visit, and make lasting memories.

Please note: personal photo snapping is welcome at no charge, but tripods, props, and specialty sessions require advance booking.
