Raw Unfiltered Honey
Sweet, simple, and exactly as the bees made it.
Our raw, unfiltered honey is harvested from our hives right here on the farm. Throughout the season, our bees forage across our lavender field, wildflowers, flowering trees, clover, and the surrounding Delmarva landscape, creating a honey that reflects the changing blooms of each harvest.
We keep our honey as close to its natural state as possible. After harvesting, it is lightly strained to remove pieces of wax and debris, then bottled without any heating or heavy processing. That means it retains the rich flavor, aroma, natural enzymes, and fine pollen that make raw honey so distinctive.
Our honey is never blended or standardized, so no two harvests are exactly alike. Color and flavor naturally vary from season to season depending on what the bees are collecting. Some years produce a lighter, more floral honey, while others are darker with deeper caramel notes. That's part of what makes local honey special.
Whether you're stirring it into tea, drizzling it over warm biscuits, pairing it with cheese, or enjoying a spoonful straight from the jar, you're tasting a snapshot of a season on our farm.

A Note About Crystallization
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. This is a sign that your honey has remained raw and minimally processed—not that it has gone bad. If you'd like to return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir occasionally until the crystals dissolve.
Thank you for supporting our family farm and the bees that make every harvest possible.
